Kalinda Preston is a highly accomplished corporate real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Her expertise in building corporate facility relationships with internal
partners, outsource providers, landlords, and consultants has consistently produced inclusive environments of excellence. With her focus on implementing new workplace environments, Kalinda has successfully managed pre and post design/construction projects, directing multi-site portfolios, and driving facility operational synergies between various asset types.

Beyond her corporate real estate success, Kalinda is also a single parent and successful business owner. Her diverse background in creative arts, corporate, and non-profit atmospheres, coupled with her unique perspective and ability to relate to many different lenses, make her an ideal candidate to spearhead the development of Urban OAK. As a native of Cambodia, Bo brings a unique perspective and diverse background to her work in corporate America.

Bo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on management from Robert Morris University. Her passion for paying it forward and living life with intentions is evident in her commitment to sharing the knowledge she has gained throughout her career with others.
