A mixed-use commercial property in the South Suburbs of Chicago, was acquired to be converted into a co-working community center. The goal was to turn a run-down apartment and beauty salon into a roomy state-of-the-art, upscale environment that embodied a down-town feel.
Currently our project has been completely vetted by the Economic Development and the Cities zoning and city council team.
