CLUBHOUSE, a 3-bedroom 2.5 bath home located in the South Suburbs of Chicago was acquired for corporate housing, short-term and vacation rentals, The goal was to transform a poorly maintained daycare facility into an upscaled remote vacation getaway nestled on a little over an acre of land.
This project consisted of creating a low-maintenance, clean and functional environment that felt inclusive, safe and inviting. Urbanized Move, provided the Project Management, Design and Staging Services for this project.
